Running a rescue centre for injured animals is demanding not only in time and staff, but above all financially. That is why we are grateful for any help. You can support us with a sponsorship contribution or by adopting one of our permanently disabled animals.

How do you become the adoptive parent of a permanently disabled animal?

At the rescue centre and in our zoo corners we care for a number of permanently disabled animals that can no longer be released back into the wild. For each of them we set an amount that covers part of the annual cost of food and other care. By paying that amount you become the animal’s adoptive parent.

Choose an animal you like or feel drawn to from our list. In the profiles you can read the life stories of individual animals. Once you have chosen, please fill in the adoption enquiry form for a permanently disabled animal, wait for the confirmation e-mail with payment instructions and your unique variable symbol, and then pay the stated amount. From the date the payment is received you become the animal’s adoptive parent for the following 12 months. After payment we e-mail adoptive parents a certificate and further materials. Printed materials are prepared on request.

Adoption takes the form of a voluntary sponsorship donation.

The adoption lasts 12 months from the date the payment is received. 

Several people can become the adoptive parent of the same animal at the same time.

The adoption contribution is tax-deductible. We will gladly issue a confirmation for the tax office. If you would like one, tick that option when filling in the form.
